Golf
is a sport that reacts dramatically to hypnosis and visualisation.
Many golfing errors are simply ‘address’ inaccuracies
easily adjusted through mind control. A golfers address
position is the key to his game because it’s the
foundation of the swinging motion. Another important aspect
of golf enhancement is the focus of attention on the ‘ball
flight direction’, both of these points will be
dealt with in the following CD.
In addition in Golf the ‘Waggle’ is an important
aspect because it serves a good purpose in reducing initial
tension before play, using up nervous energy to relax
the player. The other aspect is that it enables one to
take a little time to visualise exactly what one is trying
to achieve. Take the opportunity whilst listening to this
CD to go through the motions in your own mind
of that perfect shot you
wish to achieve. Access the thoughts,
feelings, muscle tension and sounds that will accompany
the shot. Visualise the reactions of others around you
at your successful shot, and your own elated feelings
at being supreme.
In Golf your arousal level need
only be adjusted slightly, focusing ones attention
for only 20 to 30 seconds is enough. It’s not an
aggressive sport.
A golfer needs to view the game in a similar manner as
the Martial Artist in that he should flow with external
forces rather than against them. Use the wind speed to
arc the ball in a particular direction, don’t fight
against the wind. Similarly gravity is your ally. Try
to hit the ball and you will receive a tense animated
swing. Relax and let your whole body create the perfect,
relaxed motion. If you concentrate on hitting the ball
you will lose much of your natural
flow. |

on the field); Your address position is carefully adjusted,
your feet are shoulder width apart, with an even weight
distribution. The perfect position
is yours. Your feet and hips control the swing
perfectly and the desired result achieved.When
you make your swing your whole mind and body becomes
committed to the act of hitting the ball. Your whole
body has one aim. Notice your head remains steady
through the entire back swing, the head only rises at
the last moments of the ‘follow through’,
enabling you to watch the ball hit its target with ease,
what a wonderful feeling. Whichever
line you choose the ball to take, it will follow that
line exactly. You choose whether a straight line is
best, a fade or a draw, you are to judge and you do
so with confidence and clarity.
You develop a new sense of ‘reading the green’,
your eyes pick up contours and obstacles to your success.
You find with ease the best line for your shot.
You read the green perfectly with out exception, it
becomes easier each time you do it.
